Greek Yogurt and Lemon Berry Tart (Gluten Free)

This tart is… how do you say? DELICIOUS. I’m not one for a fruit tart but this one had me pleasantly surprised. And it was so easy! The only baking required is the crust. Now that is what I call happiness.

10-inch round tart pan

tart crust

1 1/3 cups greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

2/3 cup lemon curd

about 2 cups mixed berries, your choice


Have your tart shell blind baked and cooled before you start. Then mix together the yogurt, honey and lemon curd. Pour that glorious mixture into the tart shell.

Berry Tart Filling

Spread your berries about the top in a decorative fashion. That’s it! You’ll want to leave this in the fridge because, you know, dairy. But it’s ready to slice into whenever you are. Enjoy!
