Quickest and simplest all-purpose gluten free flour blend. Uses include Paté a choux and pie crust. Ingredients 3 parts/3/4 cup rice flour 1 part/1/4 cup tapioca flour Directions Blend all ingredients together until completely cohesive and store in an airtight container.
